During a reflexology treatment, you may experience a tingling or deeply relaxing sensation, but it should not be painful, making it a wonderful way to enjoy the many benefits of reflexology.

What to expect during your treatment:

At your first reflexology treatment, we will take an extra 10 minutes or so to discuss what brings you to reflexology and to explore the benefits of reflexology tailored specifically for you. You can recline in a comfortable chair, and if you'd like to feel cosy, I'll cover you with a blanket. Warm towels will be provided for the treatment, so you won’t have to move or turn over. I will use organic oil, balm, or facial elixirs selected based on your needs. Then, simply allow yourself to release, relax, and reset.
